A few floor plan design options for a client who was in a search of a perfect home for him and his family. To make sure that the apartment they will choose out of hundreds of options available on the market will tick every box from their must-have list. Even a new build needs a bit of adjustment - look at this layout from the developer - it has 17sqm hallway, a closed-in kitchen, too narrow storage room to put in any shelving. By incorporating a few changes into this layout we have managed to create an open plan kitchen and living room, add guest-room / study, hallway laundry closet and a walk-in wardrobe for master bedroom. Remember a good interior starts with a carefully thought through floor plan!
